What I really need to know is who do I contact to get some basic information & get the process started? I notice from some of the pics that there is an office on site. Do I make a appointment or just show up ? If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated ...

Phew ... I feel like I've made a step forward. I have been sending email requests but so far have had no response. *S* I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas morning I'm so excited at the thought of actually owning a small piece of paradise. I'm sure you understand the excitement. The main question my DH has is "is the $10,000 deposit fully refundable"? We have an upcoming trip so that delays our coming to view the homes for at least a couple of months but we don't want to miss the opportunity either. No wonder I can't sleep!
Any further direction would be great. Thanks again.
