Wanted to buy a home in Chemuyil !!!

We arrived in Playa April 08, spent a week hunting for the right property...came across a couple but the prices were too high....once again in May, spent a week with realtors, went down as far as Puerto Adventurous but didnt know about Chemuyil until yesterday. Just so you know and everyone knows

There will be at least 2 more homes for sale between now and the end of the year. One house is being used as storage and the other we are having to make some repairs before we can offer it for sale (actually both homes need some repair). We should have them both ready to go and put them up for sale in the next 3 months or so. Also, there is a possibility that we can get the 2 story home still owned by the government (on calle Jamaica as you enter the subdivision on your right). They said they no longer need it and are interested in selling to us. If we can get it then that would also be for sale.
