We plan on sending the deposit Today or Monday. What forms are needed at the time we wire the money?

You won't send forms with your transfer. You do need the address for the transfer which is in the docs on Mexico Tulum website under closing documents. As far as when the docs need to be filled out and scanned/e-mailed over - I was told asap.
