| Hey neighbors!
I swear by Sams in Playa, don't know about keg's. tho.
Maybe try the Covi by the Telbodego in Playa?
We will be down end of April, then again end of summer. Mary and I are boaters, have a 28 foot cruiser we stay weekends on most of the summer. Makes our Casa look HUGE!!

| Hi Dave, I think that you are 2 houses down from, right? Corey was just trying to be funny when he said he was throwing a "kegger" for himself!!! I think he scared people instead ?? I will be down in May also and then all of us in June. Don't really know anyone else on our street yet. Do you have any photos of our block or what you have done to your house that you can share? I would love to see what has happened in the 2 months since I have been down. | |

| Paige, I don't have pictures, but there is a lot of work going on all over. Daves house is really coming along. I LOVE your house Paige - and your Mom's. I'm disappointed I'll miss you by a couple of days in May. Carol | |

| Thank you!! It has been some much fun to go crazy with these empty little boxes...all the fun stuff to do and none of the big things to worry about like actually building a house! It is great to know that you can do as much or as little as you want to do with it but it is delivered as a functioning casa. It is like coming to a new neighboorhood each time you visit....gets better and better!! | |

| Paige,
Did you buy your sofa sectional at Gringofurniture? I'm thinking of buying one, have them at home and they work well for 4 people.

Glad to have helped! I should add.....that if you catch a fish with Happy......you have the option of having Lol Ha cook it for you......it cost $5 USD a person.....drinks are of course extra. But they make it all kinds of YUMMY! And.....DO NOT pass up this...... You will see my boz trying to hide them away.......a little hablo about who gets' 'em.........they are Dorado eggs! Mexican caviar! YUMMY! Lol Ha will not cook Baracuda...... But Cueva del Pasescador will! Cheers- Mags PS......you are welcome to tell Happy I sent ya! PSS....be nice if I mentioned the price.....DUHHHHH......all of the fishing charters in Akumal are now fixed at $150 USD for 3 hours......you keep what you catch if you like.......ain't that the point....hehehehe.....and don't forget to tip the boat captain and his crew!

I have been traveling to this area and surrounding area for several years now and am happy to help you just as others have done for me! K, so I will tell you why no 'cuda.......ciguatera. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CiguateraNow with that said, there has NOT been a report of any from Lol Ha, I have spoken to the manager personally on this matter.....but the sheer risk of a tourist getting it is not worth it from a business perspective as I understood him. Also, after my research on the matter (ciguatera not common 'cuda in this area)and having eaten 'cuda previously prepared by the wonderful folks at Lol Ha...that is what prompted my question. Charters in the Sian Kaan...... http://www.cesiak.org/tours.htmI have not been.....however I have not heard/read anything negative. I hope this helps! Cheers- Mags PS.....Forgot to answer how many people on the panga boat........4 people.....there are 2 chairs and seating for the other 2......but I suspect if there were 2 adults 3 kids.......a deal could be made......it is MX you know!

| Wilber Marrufo is a great turstworthy guy. Great fisherman and he also has a glass bottom boat for family tours. If you dont find him at the beach in Akumal you can find him at the hardware store in Akumal Pueblo.
Tell him Kevin from Colorado sent you - he will treat you very well - I promise.
