| Are the taxes included for the first year or do we need to go pay these separately? Will the amt be based upon the sales price or your determined value (I know this helps in cap gains for you). Just curious as to when & where we need to take care of everything. Thanks Bill. | |

| When we send everything to the Notario we pay the taxes for 2008 until Dec. 31, 2008
After that you will pay around $100 or so per year. | |
